Laguna: 2 Years Later

Two years ago, in February, in Laguna, Emma and I took our engagement photos.

So this month, for our Valentine's Day celebration, we took a trip back to Laguna, back to the beach we took our photos, and back to the restaurant we ate dinner at shortly following the engagement photos. All this plus an ocean front hotel room -- where I swear the waves were climbing four stories up onto our balcony and under the sliding glass door.

But we had a fantastically-relaxing time -- reading a book out on the balcony above crashing waves -- along with amazingly-clear weather. Oh, and breakfast at a "too healthy" cafe, a charming bookstore on PCH, and a nursery that never seemed to end -- but in a good way.
